Common problems in trials are wafer cracking, weakness, easy overload, electrode pad ignition, electrode chip cracking, severe heat generation, strange noise, leakage wave, wafer misalignment, etc.; the reasons can be classified into three categories:
1. There is a problem with the customer's drive power or mold and assembly.
In this case, we recommend that customers actively find the cause or communicate with our technical staff to improve as soon as possible. Even if you don't use our company's products, it is definitely beneficial and harmless to improve your own problems.
2. There is a problem with the transducer and the horn.
This situation is also certain to happen, but the possibility of discovery is small.
3. Both products have no problems, but they do not match.
This is the most common situation, that is, the customer's drive power is good, the transducer is good, the assembly is normal, but the parts are not
